Determine acoustic parameters without time delay within series production
Together with other project partners, Novicos developed a concept for an end-of-line (EoL) test stand for the series production of a parking lock actuator for the automotive supplier ZF and implemented it on site. The goal was to quickly and reliably determine and evaluate the acoustic quality as well as individual acoustic effects for all products on a production line. The measurement data was also to allow conclusions to be drawn as to which components cause the noise in discarded parts in order to improve product quality in the long term.
